Simple Things

“You can appreciate simple things when you know that somebody exerts an effort on it.”
This is one of the drawings given to us by one of the grade two pupils of Jaycon Elementary School where our group was assigned. It might be simple, ordinary and a nonsense drawing to those who can see it, but for us, it’s totally different. Indeed, it’s special, a treasure and a very impressive work of an art from those little pupils.  I was really touched upon receiving this kind of gift from Faith. She is one of the pupils in grade II- section one under the advisory section of Mrs.Allyn Rose Alcarde. I never expected that she will draw this one and I felt flattered upon receiving it. This is worth keeping because it is the willingness and the effort of the child to come up to such wonderful drawing and it’s an evidencethat they accepted us and really care for us and I really appreciates it.
